One-On-One Telephone Coaching
This coaching format offers individualized coaching for
maximum personalization. One-on-one coaching is delivered via
telephone 2-3 times per month for 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions. In
this coaching format, the client has a dedicated day and time (e.g., Mondays
at 8 AM) to call in for their coaching sessions. This coaching format
is perfect for individuals that need ongoing support, accountability,
structure, etc. from the coach to achieve short and long term results.
Pricing varies depending on the frequency and duration of the

Pay Per Session Coaching
This coaching format was designed for clients that may want
to work with a coach for a particular moment in time, but do not want to
sign up for an ongoing coaching relationship. This coaching format is perfect
for clients that want a perspective on a specific situation or a burst of
specific content knowledge.
This coaching format, however, is not optimal for clients who
want ongoing results from a long term coaching relationship. Please
see the one-on-one telephone coaching (above) if that is the desired
outcome.
