A true entrepreneur from birth
day 1, Garry has spent his entire life helping others push themselves to the
limit, and achieve financial success and freedom. At 6 months of age, Garry was
caught on camera grasping for dollars that had fallen out of his father's
wallet. At age 7, he took on a paper route of over 200 people to
support his Matchbox car addiction. At age 16, he sold shoes at the
local mall to save money for his first car (1967 Ford Falcon) and his first
CD player (paid $500 for it). By age 18, he became the student manager
at his college student center and started his own part-time consulting
business. By age 21, he started his professional career working for Andersen Consulting,
at the time a Big 8 consulting company. In 2001, at the age of 34,
Garry started Coach and Company,
a global, small business coaching company that specializes in coaching
entrepreneurs and executives of small businesses (under 500 employees).
Garry's clients benefit from his
vast business content knowledge. He has over fifteen years of business experience, including
ten years of consulting experience and twelve years in the pharmaceutical
industry. He has
held senior executive-level positions in many different
functional areas including marketing, sales, business development, human
resources, accounting, operations and information technology. Garry
leverages this business content knowledge in a "point of readiness" approach
when working with his clients.
Clients also benefit by Garry's
in-depth knowledge of the entrepreneurial mindset. Garry knows how to

and he brings this dynamic to his coaching sessions with his entrepreneurial
